Pilates

Led by Inspire's experienced physiotherapy team and supported by our team of exercise physiologists, our clinical reformer inspired exercise schedule sees multiple classes run weekly across both Albion & West End locations. With each session rebate-able via private health with a separate fee per class, the Inspire reformer schedule is a great way to work towards your specific fitness and health goals and/or rehabilitate from injury under the watchful eye of our pilates practitioners.

We run two types of pilates classes, Clinical Pilates as described above and our Group Class Pilates. Our Group class Pilates is available through our group class membership, and is a mix of both reformer and matwork. For more clarification on the classes, and to find out what is most beneficial to you, please contact our reception team.

NOTE: You will need to have completed a complimentary one-on-one initial, prior to joining our pilates classes. Chat to our reception team to book this in!
