Mums & Bubs

Here at Inspire Health Services, our Mums and Bubs classes are tailored to focus on YOU and YOUR exercise time.

Our physiotherapist will help direct your exercise and be there to help cuddle bub as you would like or need. For this reason, our classes are small to help support as much consistent exercise as possible so you can get more out of the class.

A pelvic health post-natal check with our women's health physiotherapist is strongly encouraged to help individualise your exercise in class and support your exercise and activity goals.

It's a great time to enjoy exercising with a group of peers surrounded by support and to make new friends going through a similar change and time in life.

Class Times:

Tuesdays - 10:30 am

Thursdays - 10:15 am

NOTE: You will need to be cleared by your OBGYN/Midwife/GP or our pelvic health physiotherapist to start the class.

FAQs

  • Absolutely! Please feel free to bring a playmat or some toys to keep your little one entertained, and our physiotherapist Molly is always available to hold your bub if needed

  • Please bring a towel, water bottle, socks, and anything you need to entertain your bub.

  • Our Mums and bubs classes are adapted to each individual, and are aimed to help guide you through from your earliest stage of fitness/post-partum, all the way to getting back out onto the gym floor. All fitness levels are welcome.

  • Regardless of having a physiological birth, or a C-Section, we encourage everyone to have a pelvic health post-natal check.

    This allows us to ensure that you are ready to exercise, and to make us aware of any weaknesses. From here, we can more accurately tailor your workouts within the class in order to assist you with reaching your goal as best possible.
