Group Classes

Based out of our West End facility, the Inspire Group class schedule is a community-based program designed to allow for maximum health returns with minimal investment.

With a group schedule of more than 30 weekly classes consisting of strength classes, HIIT classes, reformer pilates. matwork pilates, Mobility & our hybrid Super Saturday class has a structure available for all ability levels, all ages and all health goals.
