Our Community + program is our senior group class program designed to help participants improve strength, fitness, balance & co-ordination to ensure that they can keep living life to the fullest. With multiple times available during the week, this class run by our team of exercise physiologists will see all participants complete an individualised program under supervision.

Once an appropriate amount of time has passed all particpants have the option to re-assess there progress before receiving an updated plan top ensure we are always moving forward.
