"The Joint Movement"

The Joint Movement is a group exercise program run in conjunction with the team at Arthritis QLD. The program is designed to run 12 weeks and is suitable for those affected by Arthritis of all kinds. The goal is this program is to assist in pain management, but most importantly educate participants on how they can manage their symptoms and in turn the effects through exercise and nutritional care. This program is delivered in a group environment and places a large emphasis on the community and developing a support network of people with similar experiences.

Community +

At Inspire our community plus program is designed to give back to our senior members of the community and assist them in developing strength, maintaining balance and retaining their independence. This program is perfect for senior citizens of all ages and caters for anyone who may have considerations around chronic disease.

This program also entails a strong sense of community and offers great benefits from a social side and keeping people engaged within the community.

Youth Development  

We believe preparing kids with good health and physical habits is a critical part of what we do. Exercise and good nutrition is for everyone not just kids that enjoy sports. Our youth development program is an inclusive exercise program for kids aged 10-15 who are in need of both a social and physical outlet to develop.

Our program runs daily from 4-5pm and through our membership kids have the flexibility to attend any classes during the week.

Group Sports Team Pack

Play as a team and train like a team with the Inspire Group Sports Package. Whether it's getting ready for preseason or staying injury free during season this program is designed to ensure the physical performance of your team continues to improve as a unit.
