About

Having a natural-born inclination towards strength and self-betterment, the transition into the exercise science field was a natural one for Zac. Originally from Coffs Harbour on the NSW Mid North Coast, Zac completed a Bachelor of Education from the University of New England in 2009. Immediately, whilst working full time as a classroom teacher in Bairnsdale, Victoria, he began, and later completed, a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (UNE) in 2014. After juggling his career as an educator and his love of exercise science (as a private consultant) for nearly 2 years, he made the decision to pursue the latter on a full time basis in mid 2015. With a natural eye for movement dysfunction and pattern recognition, Zac has been able to carve out a niche in the industry that he finds personally gratifying.
