About Taylor

For Taylor, her passion for dietetics came from her sporting background where her diet was a key area for her athletic success. With her personal experience in making weight and body fat manipulation for various weightlifting competitions, Taylor has a keen interest in weight making sports and natural physique competitions. Taylor understands the importance of assisting clients to reach their goals by providing them with realistic strategies by optimising the way that they fuel their bodies.
