  • 2 years working as an Exercise Scientist in Adelaide, working with individuals and small croups to manage back pain, weight loss, healthy weight gain and muscle building
  • A variety of placement opportunities throughout university including gyms, athletic development centres, post-cancer clinics, lower back pain clinics and disease management groups
  • Cardiac rehabilitation

About Sarah

Adelaide-born Sarah first began studying Health and Physical Education teaching at university before she realised her true passion of Sports Science. After changing majors, she went on to complete her Honours in Sport Science and worked as an Exercise Scientist and a tutor at university. When Sarah moved to Brisbane, she furthered her career by completing her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Queensland. Sarah’s passion for improving function drives her success as an Exercise Physiologist and also contributes to her success as strength and conditioning coach for Queensland AFL umpiring.
