  • 7 years as a Swim Coach, coaching junior aged beginner swimmers through to elite intermediate aged swimmers

About Natalie:

Natalie’s love of sport and exercise made Exercise Science a natural career choice. As a former swimmer her own injuries guided her desire to help other athletes prevent and overcome injury through proper training techniques and protocols. Before Natalie had completed her degree she had already begun working with the Brisbane Lions as a Sports Trainer. At the completion of her degree in 2012, she secured a spot with the Gold Coast Titans for the 2013, 2014 and 2015 seasons, as a Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning Coach. Natalie has a passion for elite sport, the health & fitness industry and developing sustainable practices for lowering injury risks and rehabilitation times.
