About James

James grew up in rural Airlie Beach, playing every sport under the sun. This passion to sport naturally drove him into a career of Strength and Conditioning training, with special emphasis on coaching team sports. James aspires to be a high level coach and train athletes to be at their physical and mental peak. His coaching philosophy is to ensure every component of the training plan is transferred into the performance goal and the outcome is a well-rounded, successful and most importantly balanced athlete.
