Giles is a passionate exercise professional with a long history of playing sport himself. He has been a senior trainer, development coordinator and campus director while completing his studies in exercise and movement science. More recently, Giles has focused on sports specific training and movement reconditioning. Giles currently works within Rugby Union at both amateur and professional levels. He has been involved with GPS Rugby Union, the U20 Reds Rugby Union Squad and the U20 Australian Rugby Union Squad.  Giles is also a guest lecturer at the Queensland University of Technology in Exercise Science. He has joined Inspire Health Services with the goal of educating, coaching and managing both clients and athletes alike through his knowledge and application of exercise science.
