About Casey:

Born into a very active sporting family, Casey was involved heavily in sport through her younger years. She competed in sports such as dancing, netball, track and field and softball, and became most proficient in hurdles. Over several years she made state teams for this event but realised that by training at such a high level, injuries and weaknesses became apparent which in term sidelined her for months and months on end. Casey realised that if she had had the knowledge of the human body she could have prevented the amount of time she spent injured. She has pursued a career as an exercise physiologist so she can help others to make sure they have support in their time of need.
